The tower was a 60's addition to the original Mizner building. Executed
on stiff card stock in ink with colored pencil and crayon. It is unsigned
and unframed and measures 17.5 x 28 inches.

at Law." The drawing is executed in charcoal or pencil and is signed

black wooden frame with glass and no mat.
