Made for the US Chronogram Corporation, this industrial era curiosity measures 8 inches across. Very heavy china, stamped on bottom "Huekel China- El Monte, Ca". Has the same feel as Hall/ Westinghouse refrigeratorware. There are a series of these, made for GE and other widget manufacturers, with different kinds of mechanical devices depicted.
